Para el desayuno gratis deben poner al chef porque el hace buenos desayunos y frescos, la sra no. Y en cuanto a las toallas de cuarto deben mejorar la calidad. No rotas o manchadas. La alberca en verdad siempre está abierta, nunca nos corren aunque sea noche, lo que si puedo decir es que las personas externas al hotel que toman cerveza no sean cochinas y tiren sus botes a la basura o en tu carro basurero, para que se mantenca limpia el area.
A pesar de estar solo de paso las instalaciones y personal excelentes muy amables y atentos, las habitaciones sencillas pero tienen lo necesario para estar a gusto y cómodos, el hotel te ofrece piscina al aire libre y desayuno continental gratuito.

buen lugar, con alberca, desayuno incluido, estacionamiento muuuuy amplio (para camiones, camionetas y carrito),dan factura. y las 4 estrellas es xq el señor de bigote chaparrillo que estaba en la recepción no me quería regresar el deposito de mis compañeros, el deposito q se deja por el control de la pantalla y el A/C, mis compañeros salieron mucho más temprano q yo, yo recogería facturas y depósitos, y me dijo q como ya se habían ido ellos ya no me regresaría el deposito... le dije ok, deme mis controles y solo así me regreso mis depósitos de mala gana

El hotel esta super bien, bastante estacionamiento, tiene alberca e incluso es sorprendente de que esta al lado de un puente y de la calle en las habitaciones no se escucha el ruido. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Buena señal de wifi y de televisión. Incluye desayuno y el señor que atiende es muy amable
Esto es para la administración del hotel, se muestra el personal que atiende en la cocina en la hora del desayuno muy angustiada enojada sin ganas de atender les da uno los buenos días y ni te voltean a ver si te atienden pero de una manera muy despota. No sean malos administradores denles un bono o aumentenles el sueldo para que la gente se vea contenta
